Chapter 1: The setup
1822.
A deadly plague had ravaged the On-chain kingdom, claiming the lives of almost half of its population. The survivors lived in fear and isolation, hoping to avoid the contagion that had no cure. The ruler had fled to the safety of the Citadel, leaving the common folk to fend for themselves. The once prosperous and powerful kingdom had fallen into chaos and despair.
The following year, the Queen seized the opportunity to the throne, hoping to restore the glory of the old empire that once ruled the world. She entrusted Colonel Banklish of the Imperial Marines, the superior guardian force that pledges loyalty to the Queen, to conquer new lands and territories. The Marines followed Col Banklish’s lead, trekking over hills and plains, all the way to the South, where rumors spoke of a bountiful land that was discovered long ago by the legendary Captain Whaley, during the First voyage.

On the Southern shore of On-chain land, the Pirates waged a war against the tyrannical and aggressive rulers. The late Captain Whaley once fought here for the freedom and democracy of his people. His son, Lobstein, carries on the legendary pirate bloodline to gather a larger force and plan to continue the quest of unveiling the secrets of the unknown world. Following their predecessor’s footsteps, they sailed across the seas and reached a land that no human had ever set foot on. The Pirates didn't know their adventure had just begun.
Far beyond the East mountains, a golden age of clans had also come to an end. Years of warfare had exhausted their resources and urged their desire for peace. The tide began to turn when Apecha, a charismatic leader, united all the clans under his banner and forged a peace treaty that the people had longed for. He became known as the Barbarian King who was well respected and admired by his followers and feared and envied by his enemies. The Barbarians headed West to explore a new world, hoping to provide their people with a better life.
Chapter 2: Emerging Conflicts
1824.
The waves had come. Captain Lobstein and his man sailed across the vast ocean, following the map his father had left decades ago. They were the first to discover an unknown region of thousands of arches wide, a mixture of lands and shores. The Pirate settlers saw lush forests, towering mountains, sparkling rivers, and exotic animals, and also encountered diverse cultures, languages, and customs among the people who lived there. Lobstein named this new land the “Autonomous World”, as he believed it was a place where everyone could be free and independent.

Meanwhile, another faction emerged from the eastern and northern regions of the Autonomous World. led by the Barbarian King, Apecha. However, he soon realized that the West was not only a land of opportunity but a land of conflict. He saw the On-chain kingdom rulers and the pirates fighting for control and power, and he decided to join the fray. He led his men to raid the state arsenal on a dark night and used the weapons and supplies to expand his territory and influence. He also forged alliances with other factions, such as the pirates, to counter the threat of the imperial forces.
However, not everyone shared his vision. The On-chain kingdom, a powerful and prosperous empire that had been devastated by a plague, had also set its eyes on the Autonomous World. The Queen, who wanted to restore her glory by conquering new lands and territories, sent the Imperial Guards, her loyal army, to the West. They arrived shortly after Lobstein and his retinue, began to claim and colonize the lands they found. They imposed their laws, taxes, and religion on the people, and exploited their resources and labor. They also hunted down and captured any pirates they encountered, as they considered them outlaws and enemies.

Conflicts soon escalated beyond the local communities. The people of the Autonomous World refused to bow to the nobility and the imperial forces. They rose to fight for their future and their freedom. They formed alliances and DAOs and used their knowledge of the land and the sea to their advantage. They all fight for a long-forgotten dream, a vision of a new society based on democracy and equality.
Chapter 3: Three-factions era
The Autonomous World is divided into three regions, each controlled by a different faction. The Marines occupy the central and northern parts, where important castles and resource-rich areas were located. The Barbarians claim the eastern and southern parts, where the harsh climate and rugged terrain only make them stronger and tougher. The Pirates settle in the western and coastal parts, where they dominate trade routes with other regions.
The war is not only fought on the battlefields but also on the minds and hearts of the people. Each faction has its own ideology and vision for the future of the Autonomous World. The Marines want to impose order and stability, but they also suppress the freedom and innovation of the people. The Barbarians want to preserve their culture and traditions, but they also reject the progress and diversity of the others. The Pirates want to create a new society based on democracy and equality, but they also face the challenges of corruption and betrayal.

The battle is not only a matter of survival but also a matter of choice. The people have to decide which faction they will support, or if they will remain unbiased and step out of the mess. The choice is not easy, as each faction has its benefits and drawbacks. The choice is not final, as the people can change their allegiance, or even switch sides, depending on the circumstances.
The On-chain Clash is not only a game of strategy, alliance, and betrayal, but also a game of fate, chance, and destiny. The outcome of the war is not predetermined but depends on the actions and decisions of the people involved. The outcome of the war is not predictable but influenced by the events and occurrences that happened along the way. The outcome of the war is not inevitable but shaped by the hopes and dreams of the people who fight for it.
The choice is yours, and the world is yours to discover.
Remember. The winner takes all.
